Our Personal Training 4-Pass package is perfect for those looking to get a jumpstart on their fitness journey with the support of a personal trainer.

Spin

A high-intensity cardio workout on stationary bikes, often set to energetic music. Expect a mix of sprints, climbs, and intervals to build endurance and leg strength.

Yoga

A class focused on flexibility, strength, and relaxation through a series of poses and breathing exercises. Different styles include Vinyasa (flow-based), Hatha (slower, foundational poses), and Power Yoga (more intense)

HIIT

Barre
